We’re hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) with hospice experience to support a growing team in the San Antonio area. This role includes admissions, recertifications and routine/respite visits. Flexible shifts and competitive compensation.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient admissions, recertifications, and routine/respite visits
- Coordinate with facility staff and clinical teams
- Maintain accurate patient and contact records in the database
- Communicate professionally with patients and families
Qualifications
- RN license (active)
- Minimum 2 years hospice clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable with phone outreach and digital record keeping
