Job Title: Account Manager I
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA / Documentation Specialist to ensure quality compliance and maintain accurate project and process documentation. The role involves reviewing deliverables, preparing reports, and supporting teams with standardized documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct QA/QC inspections to ensure telecom installations meet quality and safety standards.

Prepare and update As-Built Documentation using CAD/GIS tools.

Manage and maintain project records, drawings, and documentation archives.

Ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance with client and industry requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred.

1–3 years of experience in QA, documentation, or compliance roles.

Proven infrastructure documentation experience, preferably in telecom or network projects.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure standards and compliance adherence.

Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools (MS Office/CAD/GIS preferred).
