Your Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will serve as an Assistant Business Manager, taking on a wide range of responsibilities. You'll collaborate closely with a small yet experienced team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding new clients and managing ongoing client relationships.
- Handling client inquiries, financial emergencies, and day-to-day needs.
- Leading accounting and finance projects with a broad scope of work, including closing the books quickly and accurately, cleaning up problem accounts, and compiling review-ready workpapers.
- Developing and implementing innovative processes to enhance client services, including adopting and training the team on new technology.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced: You have 4-6 years of accounting/finance experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting, with a strong command of the fundamentals: debits and credits, reconciliations, and a fast, accurate close.
- Proactive and Organized: You're a detail-oriented self-starter who can juggle multiple projects with ease and minimal oversight.
- Entrepreneurial and Curious: You're driven to challenge the status quo and create new solutions.

- Personable and Charismatic: You thrive on client interaction and excel at building and maintaining relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting from an accredited university.
- 4-6 years of accounting/finance experience (public or private).
- At least 2 years of public accounting experience at a regional or larger CPA firm.
- A strong technical foundation: reconciling and cleaning up accounts, closing the books accurately, and producing review-ready workpapers with minimal oversight.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
- Reside in the Los Angeles area for occasional local travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA designation.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
- Background in entertainment business management.
