American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring UT or compact RN licensure and specialized fetal monitoring certification.

Acute care hospital setting in the Labor & Delivery unit

Uses EPIC EMR
-
Night shift schedule, 6p-6a with every other weekend required
-
13-week assignment at 36 guaranteed hours per week
-
12 hours of orientation provided
-
Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts during the 13-week assignment

Active UT or Compact RN license required
-
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, BLS (AHA), NRP, and STABLE
-
BSN not required for this position

2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility

Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Provide skilled nursing care within the Labor & Delivery unit

Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to meet radius requirements

Candidates may not have been directly employed by any facility associated with the health system within the past year

PRN employment through outside staffing firms will be considered
