Overview
The role will be a blended role of ensuring outgoing products/orders meet quality control standards to meet customers' needs. This role will also be an administrative backup for scheduling activities in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Quality Inspection:
- Inspect products per inspection procedures and on demand.
- Prepare and maintain receiving inspections and record measurements according to procedures.
- Inspection of all parts that are picked to ensure accuracy with types and quantities.
- Inspection of all assembled parts to verify quality standards are met.
- Audit of all shipments to ensure they are complete and match the orders prior to shipping.
Scheduling/Administrative:
- Notify sales and/or customer service team of any schedule impacts to customers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP function.
Work Experience:
- Proven experience in warehouse work activities specifically in the quality control area and administrative activities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and inventory control.
Pay: From $23.50 per hour
