Position Overview
Entry-level position responsible for assisting with metal finishing, surface preparation, and field service work while learning from experienced technicians in a safe, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with metal finishing processes, including electropolishing, passivation, and O₂ cleaning.
- Prepare and polish metal surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Support shop and field projects.
- Perform basic quality checks and complete required documentation.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Participate in training and learn basic technical drawings and work instructions.
Qualifications
- No experience required; training provided.
- Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift materials as required.
Pay: $25.00 - $37.50 per hour
