Loyalton Logistics is a FedEx Ground contracted service provider, delivering thousands of packages daily with safety, reliability, and professionalism. We are seeking a motivated Business Contact (BC) who will primarily run a delivery route while also helping lead and support our driver team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an authorized operational liaison with FedEx and station management
- Support daily route execution, staffing coverage, and service performance
- Assist with driver supervision, coaching, and compliance oversight
- Reinforce safety, accident prevention, and policy adherence
- Help manage communication, scheduling, and operational problem-solving
- Support fleet readiness and day-to-day business continuity
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a professional delivery driver (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or similar preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR; ability to obtain DOT medical card.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen per FedEx requirements.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety mindset.
- Leadership potential: ability to mentor others, solve problems, and take initiative.
- Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and handle fast-paced delivery demands.

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE DRIVER POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1) VERIFIABLE driving experience (Mandatory 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years, not necessary to be driving all-day every day as long as some driving was part of the job)
2) A valid regular driver's license (Class C)
3) Legal status to work in the USA
4) Clean driving record (no DUIs, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, etc. in past 3 years. . .minor tickets and accidents OK)
5) Clean criminal record (no major misdemeanors or felonies in past 10 years)
6) Able to pass physical (including drug test)
7) Clear a 10 year DOT background check
8) Must have conversational English
9) Must be punctual, energetic, reliable and honest
10) Must be at least 21 years of age
