The position requires strong leadership, community and relationship building skills to meet the needs of a growing community and YMCA association. Responsible for the day-to-day delivery and quality of YMCA youth programming. Under the general direction of the Chief Program and Mission Advancement Officer, the Operations Director will be responsible for the design and delivery of YMCA youth programs including, but not limited to: after-school child care, summer day camps, mentoring and leadership, youth sports and camps, and special events.
