Club Level Cleaning is hiring a full-time Property Services Technician.
We are looking for a dependable, professional, mechanically inclined person to join our specialty services team.
This is NOT a seasonal or temporary labor position. We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position with an established local company.
What You'll Do
Our Property Services Technicians perform a variety of services for residential and commercial customers, including:
- Window cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Specialty exterior cleaning
- Floor and carpet cleaning
- Other property-maintenance and specialty cleaning services
Experience in all of these areas is NOT required. We will train the right person.
Experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, restoration, maintenance, pest control, window cleaning, pressure washing, or another field-service position is a plus.

- Have a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Have reliable transportation to work
- Have a history of reliable attendance and steady employment
- Be comfortable working outdoors and from ladders
- Be physically capable of performing hands-on work
- Be comfortable interacting professionally with customers
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be willing to learn multiple services instead of doing the same job every day

Full-time position — Monday through Friday
Pay: $17-20 per hour, based on experience
