Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close concession stands according to company procedures
- Prepare and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
- Supervise and direct concession staff during operations
- Assign tasks and ensure employees remain productive and customer-focused
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure accurate cash handling and proper transaction procedures
- Train and support new employees on policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with management regarding operational needs or issues
Rate of pay: $20.00 / hour
Education and Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment
Resort/National Park Concession preferred
