We are looking for a detail-oriented experienced Packaging Graphic Designer/Production Artist to join our growing design team.
Position Summary
Production Artist/Graphic Designer is responsible for preparing packaging artwork for production, ensuring all files meet manufacturing and print specifications while maintaining brand consistency and design integrity. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Primarily assist Head Packaging/Graphic Designer in Kitchen/Table category (kitchen towels, dish drying mats, table runners, tablecloth, placemats, and more)
· Assist in designing packaging in other categories as needed, especially Bath category (shower curtains, trash Bins, tub mats, and other accessories)
· Develop production-ready artwork and packaging layouts for everyday and seasonal
· Lifestyle images (AI image generation) and image retouching capabilities in Photoshop
· Create and modify packaging dielines
· Review artwork for accuracy in layout, typography, color, and alignment.
· Prepare files for print production ensuring all files meet technical standards including appropriate dielines, bleeds, spot uv, foils, any special finishes, paper weight/quality/textures for submission to overseas factories.
· Maintain organized library of production files and version control.
· Create mockups and presentation materials for packaging concepts as needed.
Qualifications
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic/Packaging Designer and/or Production Artist, or similar role.
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
· Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
· Strong Typography skills a plus
· Experience using AI image generation is a plus
· Understanding of print production, dielines, paper quality, and packaging materials
· Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
· Portfolio showcasing packaging work required
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in consumer goods, home textiles, or retail packaging.

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
