What You'll Do:
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and helping them find their perfect vehicle
- Use consultative sales techniques to guide customers through the car-buying process
- Manage customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups to maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless buying experience
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and grow customer base
- Present competitive offers and work with customers to find vehicles that fit their budget
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
What We're Looking For:
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Positive, high-energy personality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Bilingual (Spanish) is highly desirable
