About the Role
Undergrads is hiring Move-In Crew members to support move-in day at student housing communities across the country. You'll be part of the team welcoming residents, helping them move into their new homes, and making one of the busiest days of the year run smoothly.
It's a fast-paced, team-oriented role where you'll stay active, meet new people, and get paid for a day's work before classes ramp up.
What You'll Do
As a member of the Move-In Crew, you'll:
- Help residents unload vehicles upon arrival
- Transport boxes, bags, and furniture to apartments
- Load and push moving carts throughout the property
- Work closely with your crew to support move-in operations
- Create a positive first-day experience for incoming residents
No moving experience is required. We'll provide the information you need before the event.
Compensation & Perks
- $20/hour base pay
- Keep 100% of your cash tips
- Most crew members earn the equivalent of $23–$28/hour after tips
- $25 referral bonus for every friend you refer who completes the event
- Opportunity to be invited back for future move-in events
