Office & Maintenance Coordinator

We are a growing residential property management company serving rental property owners throughout the North Atlanta suburbs. We are seeking a dependable, organized professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping a busy office running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, enjoys variety in their workday, and likes seeing projects through from start to finish.
Approximately three-quarters of the position involves office administration and front desk responsibilities, while the remaining quarter focuses on coordinating requests between tenants, vendors, and our property management team.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration & Front Desk
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, tenants, property owners, and vendors.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Manage office correspondence, mail, and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management.
- Maintain accurate records and update information in company systems.
- Support team members with administrative projects and daily operational needs.
- Help ensure the office remains organized, professional, and welcoming.
Maintenance Coordination
- Receive and process maintenance requests from tenants.
- Gather the information needed to accurately assess maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule repairs and service appointments.
- Follow up with tenants and vendors to ensure work is completed appropriately.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotes when needed.
- Assist with negotiating pricing and scheduling to help control costs.
- Assist with identifying and onboarding new vendors.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure requests are properly documented.
- Escalate significant issues to property managers when appropriate.
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least five years of professional work experience; or
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of professional work experience.

- Proficiency with common office software and technology.
- Demonstrated reliability, strong attendance habits, and a commitment to following through on responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of residential home maintenance and common repair issues is preferred.
Work Environment
This position is based in our suburban north Atlanta office and requires in-person attendance during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Because this role serves as the primary front desk presence for the company, consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys interacting with people throughout the day, and understands the importance of maintaining a consistent office presence.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
