Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient progress
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the supervising physician and other healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that patient care is consistently delivered with the highest level of quality and compassion
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or Compact State
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
New graduates encouraged to apply!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move patients as needed
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
