As a Customer Solutions Associate, you'll receive hands-on sales and product training while learning how to create engaging customer experiences at retail locations and community events. The Customer Solutions Associate works face-to-face with customers, answers questions, demonstrates available wireless solutions, and helps guide customers through the enrollment process. Responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Associate
- Represent affordable wireless products and services at retail pop-ups, promotional events, and community campaigns throughout the Riverside area.
- Welcome customers to promotional displays, answer questions, and create meaningful sales opportunities through engaging conversations.
- Demonstrate wireless plans, devices, and promotions while helping customers compare options that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Guide customers through enrollment, activation, and account setup while creating a smooth and positive sales experience.
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Solutions Associate team members to support event initiatives and team sales goals.
- Build trust through professional customer interactions while maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Track customer interactions, enrollments, and event activity to support campaign success.
- Participate in ongoing Customer Solutions Associate training designed to strengthen communication, customer engagement, and sales skills.
Qualifications of the Customer Solutions Associate
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day in face-to-face environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products and services in a clear, approachable way.
- Positive, coachable mindset with an interest in marketing, customer engagement, and sales.
