American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a GI/Endoscopy position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience, Epic proficiency, and an active NC or Compact RN license in hand.

Hospital-based Endoscopy unit

Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

Every other weekend required
-
On-call is required, averaging 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month

13-week contract

Epic EMR experience required
-
Active RN license — NC or Compact license must be in hand at time of consideration

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required and must be in hand at time of consideration

Minimum 2 years of GI/Endoscopy RN experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered

Proficiency with Epic EMR required

1 supervisory professional reference from within the last year required

Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration

First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

Orientations are held bi-weekly

Flu vaccine is required between October 31 and March 31 with no exemptions accepted

Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are eligible to apply at a reduced rate

Candidates residing beyond 75 miles are eligible for the standard travel pay rate
