Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
Requirements for all specialties:
- Valid PA RN license
- Recent specialty experience in a hospital setting
- Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- BLS certification
- MUST have at least 1 year of experience as a preferred specialty RN
