We are a professional event rental company specializing in large-scale tent and event installations for weddings, festivals, corporate functions, and major community events.
We are not hiring general laborers or “warm bodies.” We are hiring dependable, growth-minded individuals who take pride in physical work, teamwork, and doing things the right way.
This is a hands-on skilled trade role for people who enjoy working outdoors/unconditioned warehouses, starting early, following clear processes, and building impressive event spaces as part of a coordinated team.
What You’ll Do
· Pull, pack, load, unload, and restock rental equipment.
· Ensure orders are accurate and properly prepared for each event.
· Perform quality checks on outgoing orders.
· Communicate with manager regarding job details and last-minute changes.
· Process returned equipment and restock inventory promptly.
· Help maintain a clean/organized warehouse and equipment.
· Cross-trained to provide backup support for the event installation team.

Helpful experience (not required): construction, landscaping, moving/warehouse work, towing, or equipment operation.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, work outdoors in all conditions, and maintain an active pace throughout the day. Early mornings, some weekends, and peak-season overtime required. Valid driver’s license required.
