Kingsley Builders is a rapidly growing Northern California general and electrical contractor specializing in federal, military, and public works construction. We are seeking an experienced Working Electrical Superintendent who leads from the field—not the trailer. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working alongside journeyman electricians, mentoring crews, solving problems, and delivering outstanding projects safely and on schedule.

Position Summary
The Electrical Superintendent plans, coordinates, and directs all electrical work on assigned projects. The successful candidate will lead field crews, coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and government representatives, while remaining actively involved in field operations. Candidates must be eligible to obtain access to U.S. military installations.
Primary Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices.
· Work hands-on with the crew as needed.
· Plan daily work, manpower, materials, and equipment.
· Coordinate schedules, quality, safety, inspections, and subcontractors.
· Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, EM 385-1-1, plans, and specifications.
· Review RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
· Track labor productivity and project costs.
· Complete daily reports using construction software.
· Coordinate project closeout and as-built documentation.
· Mentor and develop field personnel.

Required Qualifications
· California Certified General Electrician.
· 7+ years commercial electrical construction experience.
· 3+ years leading electrical crews as a Foreman or Superintendent.
· Federal, military, or public works experience preferred.
· OSHA 30 (or obtain within 30 days).
· Valid California Driver's License.
· Eligible for military installation access/background screening.
· Willing to travel throughout Northern California and neighboring western states.
Compensation & Benefits
$70.00–$85.00/hour DOE, medical/dental/vision, 401K, travel reimbursement/per diem/company vehicle where applicable, and outstanding advancement opportunities with a growing federal contractor.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and scaffolding, wear PPE, and perform physically demanding construction activities.
Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
