Job Title : IT Support Specialist (Driving)

Shift: 4a-1p (MON-FRI)
Pay: $28.54/hr to $35.90/hr on w2
Required:
Associate Degree in Computer Science required; Bachelor’s preferred.
A+ certification required.
Experience in computer and telecommunication support, hardware/software troubleshooting, installations, updates, and inventory control.
Ability to support technology infrastructure, resolve user issues, and train users on hardware/software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with strong task prioritization skills.
Willingness to travel using a personal vehicle for customer support.
Flexible to work various shifts, 5 days/week, including weekends when required for coverage or upgrades.
Pay: $21.15 - $26.60 per hour
