Responsibilities

- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing and observation, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Organize classroom activities that promote social skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment, including library services and resources for student use.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices in teaching methodologies and classroom management.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in High School math or related field.
- Certification or licensure in teaching
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, proofreading educational materials, and mentoring students.
- Ability to create inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A commitment to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
