What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in supporting our daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming customer calls and emails
- Scheduling service and maintenance appointments
- Assisting dispatch with daily scheduling and coordination
- Following up with customers and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting invoicing, financing applications, and general office operations
- Helping ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with computers and office software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- HVAC industry experience is helpful but not required
