* What does a BDC rep do?
Over 85% of all automotive shoppers begin their search online and via the phone. As a BDC rep at Infiniti of Nashua, you will field various types of sales requests from the internet and phone with the goal of scheduling appointments for our sales staff. You will work in an office setting that is fast paced, and fun.
* What kind of Experience do I need?
Individuals with previous phone sales experience, especially in a call center setting, those in commission and production based sales are HIGHLY encouraged to apply. We are looking for people whose PASSION is customer service, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone. Training specific to our industry and best practices are always reviewed.
