Gillmann Services is seeking a general plant laborer to support production areas, perform clean‑up, monitor conditions, and assist during peak periods. The role requires physical work and adherence to safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of raw material loading experience in an industrial setting.
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to learn mechanical equipment operation and maintenance is a plus.
- OSHA 10
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Responsibilities
- Perform general plant labor and clean-up of production areas.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials
- Observe, monitor and report conditions that could lead to nonconformity or irregularities.
- Fill in for other operators during vacations or high production demand as trained.
- Report equipment problems to management and complete relevant shift reports.
- Load material onto customer trucks and operate small front-end loader / water truck / skid steer.
- Keep work areas clean and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
