Job Description:
Cassens Transport Company/Marysville Releasing Inc. is currently in search of a hard working, dependable individual to fill a full time 1st and 2nd shift Supervisor position at our Toledo location. Possess' a valid Driver's license. and required to have the ability to work weekends.
Duties include:
Transportation of up to 25 employees.Customer support and daily report preparation.
Ensure employee compliance of all State, Federal and Company rules.
Inventory Management and productivity evaluation.
Support terminal manager and operations supervisors as needed.
Supervision of workers in the field.
Applicants must:
Be able to work weekends
Have an open schedule.
Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills are required.
Ability to work in a team-oriented manner with the capability to work independently.
Proficient with technology (computers, scanners, tablets, printers, smart phones).
Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
18 years or older.
Associates or higher preferred.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Previous supervisor experience is a plus.
