Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and dependable Siding Installers / Carpenters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience with commercial and residential exterior siding, soffit, fascia installation, sheet metal fabrication, light framing, and general carpentry. We’re looking for motivated individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and can work efficiently both independently and with a crew.
Responsibilities
- Install Fiber Cement, Vinyl, and other lap siding materials
- Perform exterior trim, soffit, fascia, and window/door wrap installation
- Install windows and doors
- Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
- Repair or replace damaged framing and exterior components
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Work on ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of siding or carpentry experience preferred
- Experience with vinyl siding, Hardie board, LP SmartSide, or exterior trim work
- Knowledge of framing and general construction practices
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must pass background checks and Drug screening.
