About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to support our sales team and deliver an outstanding experience to our clients. You’ll manage the full order process from quote to delivery while working closely with customers, sales reps, suppliers, and our CRM.Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and secure promotional product orders
- Support and manage day-to-day activities for assigned sales representatives
- Place orders online with suppliers and track production timelines
- Create custom artwork and prepare Purchase Orders (POs)
- Handle invoicing and follow up on payments (accounts receivable)
- Schedule and attend meetings with suppliers as needed
- Maintain accurate records and manage all customer interactions inside our CRM system
- Provide friendly, professional communication and resolve issues quickly
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of customer service or sales support experience (promotional products, printing, or manufacturing a plus)
- Strong attention to detail — especially with artwork and numbers
- Comfortable working in a CRM and ordering platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Team player who enjoys supporting sales reps and keeping customers happy
