Our established independent practice is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN/APRN/PA-C) to join our expanding team of industry professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and effectively perform injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, hair restoration).
- Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience.
- Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and realistic expectations.
- Develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
- Obtain accurate before-and-after photography.
- Maintain complete and compliant patient records.
- Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the team to uphold standards of care and practice growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Texas licensure.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injectable experience.
- Expertise in facial anatomy, assessment, and treatment planning for both correction and prevention.
- Strong aesthetic eye for achieving natural, balanced outcomes.
- Demonstrated competency in recognizing and managing injectable-related adverse events, including vascular occlusion and appropriate hyaluronidase intervention.
- Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with aesthetic advancements.
- Current BLS (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centered mindset.
Education and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing/Advanced Nursing/PA program
- Current, active, and unrestricted Texas license from the appropriate State Board, with no current disciplinary restrictions or sanctions.
