At Swimfinity, we believe swimming is more than a sport — it’s a lifesaving skill. We are looking for passionate, energetic, and reliable instructors to join our team and make a lasting impact on children and families in our community.
We are currently hiring 1 Year-Round Private Swim Instructors for the following schedules:
Schedule: Sunday mornings 8:15 AM - 12:15 PM & Monday - Thursday afternoons 2:15 PM - 6:15 PM
Applicants must be available for the above schedules consistently year-round.
What You’ll Do
- Teach private swim lessons to children of various ages and skill levels
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment
- Build confidence and water safety skills in every student
- Communicate professionally with families and staff
- Follow Swimfinity teaching methods and safety standards
- Help make every lesson fun, engaging, and impactful
What We’re Looking For
- Strong swimmer with the ability to demonstrate swim skills
- Reliable, positive, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for working with children
- Ability to remain energetic and engaged throughout shifts
- CPR/BLS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Previous swim instruction, coaching, childcare, or teaching experience is a plus — but we are willing to train the right candidate.
