Compensation & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour (Paid bi-weekly).
- Guaranteed Growth: Pay automatically increases to $35.00 per hour after your first 12 months with us!
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Guaranteed Hours: Enjoy the stability of a guaranteed 40-hour workweek, with potential opportunities for overtime.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available after your first 90 days.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Expertise: You have extensive, hands-on experience and strong skills in both general landscaping and professional tree trimming/service.
- Tools & Transportation: You currently own some of your own essential tools (or are willing to acquire them) and have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites. A pickup truck or van is highly preferred!
- People-First Attitude: You are extremely friendly, customer-focused, and genuinely enjoy interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Team Player: You are reliable, consistently punctual, and work well alongside a team.
- Professionalism: You maintain a clean, well-groomed personal appearance to present a polished image to our clients. We will provide company uniforms so you can proudly represent the team.
- Availability: You must be available and ready to start work on Monday, July 6th.
