Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cafe Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items and beverages, including coffee, tea, pastries, and sandwiches.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including dining spaces, counters, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Experience in food preparation or customer service is a plus but not required.
