Full Job Description

YME seeking a 1.0 FTE 4th grade teacher for the 2026-27 school year. Applicants must hold a current Minnesota Teaching License in the desired field or demonstrate the ability to acquire one. Extra-curricular activities and coaching positions are available.

Candidates interested in working with an innovative and dedicated staff and are willing to provide instruction aligned with state and national standards are encouraged to apply! Knowledge of and experience with effective reading instruction based on the Science of Reading is sought.

The position offers a competitive salary and insurance including health, dental, life, and long-term disability. Benefits also include TRA retirement, 403b match program, and generous leave time. Salary range for 1.0 FTE (depending upon qualifications and experience) - $41,837 - $80,788.
