Cashier / Food Prep
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour + tips
Availability: Weekend availability required
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable Cashier/Food Prep team member to join our fast-paced dessert shop. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, preparing food, and being part of a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders accurately using our POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Prepare food items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, front counter, and prep areas
- Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or food service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Must be available to work weekends
