LINCOLN HEATING & AIR HVAC WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE Job Overview
We are seeking an HVAC Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, a willingness to learn from the ground up, and a strong work ethic.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving and loading installation and service vehicles.
- Operate forklifts to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Use the Company's warehouse management system to manage inventory levels and locate products.
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick and pack materials to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Perform order-picker duties to retrieve products from storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and to Company standards.
- Pick up materials from vendors and deliver materials to job sites or return materials to the warehouse.
- Safely load, transport, unload, and secure HVAC equipment and materials.
- Drive Company vehicles as required for vendor pickups, material deliveries, and job-site support.
- Assist with HVAC installation inspections.
- Assist the Installation and Service Departments as needed.
- Help stage equipment, parts, tools, and materials for upcoming jobs.
- Assist technicians and installers with material and equipment needs.
- Learn HVAC equipment, parts, materials, tools, and basic industry terminology.
- Follow all Company safety procedures and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory and material records.
- Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license while employed in the position.
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with Company requirements.
- Must be legally authorized to operate Company vehicles.
- Ability to safely drive a Company vehicle to vendors, job sites, and other Company locations.
- Ability to safely load, transport, secure, and unload HVAC equipment and materials.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift safely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and Company processes.
- Ability to lift, carry, move, and organize HVAC equipment, materials, and supplies.
HVAC experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency with or willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
- Experience operating forklifts preferred.
- Strong understanding of material handling and warehouse operations preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform warehouse duties throughout the workday.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
