Pet Supplies Plus is looking for a Shift Leader who is passionate about pets, people, their team, and their neighborhood!
It's not everywhere you have the opportunity to visit with pets throughout your workday - all while providing excellent service to our neighbors!
Shift Leaders are responsible for:
- Partnering with Store Team Leaders to provide leadership and management coverage when team leaders are offsite.
- Providing “pawsome” service to our neighbors and engagement with the pets that bring them to our store.
- Adhering to operational policies and procedures
Preferred candidates will have:
- Previous retail experience
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds, as well as operate all equipment, including a forklift.
- Have reliable transportation and work flexible schedules.
