Summary:
Regent Bank is looking for a Loan Documentation Specialist II. This role performs advanced document creation, pre-documentation and post-documentation functions for consumer and commercial loans, serving as a resource for documentation accuracy and compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex commercial and consumer loan documents
- Conduct detailed pre-documentation reviews to ensure credit approval alignment
- Coordinate document corrections and re-execution as needed
- Performs post-documentation quality control and trailing document follow-up
- Ensure documentation complies with bank policy and regulatory requirements
- Support audits, exams, and internal reviews related to loan documentation
- Provide guidance and support to Loan Documentation Specialist I staff
Education And/Or Experience:
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3–5 years of loan documentation or loan operations experience
- Working knowledge of commercial and consumer loan documentation requirements

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working at a computer workstation
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for keyboarding, data entry, and handling documents
- Ability to view computer screens for prolonged periods with close visual attention to detail
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching within the office environment
- Ability to lift and carry files or office materials weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by telephone, and via electronic communication
