Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on outside sales, business development, and account management to expand our enterprise client base.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals, utilizing Salesforce Cloud and other sales management systems to track progress and optimize performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients through consultative selling, negotiation, and deal closing to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Drive new business development initiatives by identifying market trends, prospecting potential clients, and executing targeted outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that support sales objectives and enhance brand visibility in competitive markets.
- Analyze sales data using analytics & reporting tools to monitor performance metrics, forecast future trends, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Provide leadership at the executive level by managing complex negotiations, developing long-term partnerships, and guiding sales strategy or development teams toward success.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and enterprise selling within a corporate or SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
- Strong management skills with a history of leading sales teams, managing sales strategy or development initiatives, and overseeing account management processes.
- Expertise in technology sales, including familiarity with Salesforce Cloud and other sales management systems proficiency.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Business development management experience with a focus on expanding market presence through strategic outreach and relationship building.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data using analytics & reporting tools for informed decision-making.
