Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Operator to join our 3rd shift team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing operations and a proven ability to assemble products to specification while maintaining quality and throughput.
Shift Details and Openings:
- Four openings on 3rd shift with pay differential
- Schedule: Sunday night through Thursday night, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Submission Guidance:
- Do not submit candidates previously submitted to ROCGJP00041055 or ROCGJP00041403
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions
- Execute in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain production efficiency and meet daily throughput targets
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and per procedures
- Report equipment, material, or process issues to supervisors
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0 to 5 years of experience in a production or operations environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities and teamwork
- Proficiency with common industry tools, equipment, or basic software used in manufacturing
Preferred Skills:
- Previous manufacturing operator experience
