Minimum Qualifications:

Basic understanding of construction site safety and procedures.

Ability to read and interpret simple construction drawings and plans.

Physical capability to perform manual labor, including digging, lifting, and operating basic tools.

Completion of a relevant entry-level construction or labor certification, or equivalent experience.

Valid work authorization and ability to comply with site safety requirements.
