Connect with warm, pre-qualified customers through phone and video appointments.

Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.

Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's insurance needs.

Recommend and explain appropriate insurance products and coverage options.

Clearly communicate policy benefits, costs, and coverage details.

Address customer questions and objections in a professional and consultative manner.

Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to close.

Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.

Work with the team to share successful sales strategies and best practices.

Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.

Valid Life & Health insurance license required.

Previous insurance sales and closing experience.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Comfortable conducting sales conversations by phone and video.

Proven ability to build trust and establish rapport with customers.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Base Salary: $36,000–$60,000 per year + Commission
