We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the day-to-day operations of our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.
Promote a positive, resident-focused culture throughout the facility.
Work closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and department leaders to maintain high standards of resident care.
Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain qualified staff.
Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to department managers and facility staff.
Monitor staffing levels and work with department leaders to ensure appropriate coverage.
Oversee facility performance, census, financial results, and operational goals.
Help drive census growth and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, residents, families, and referral partners.
Monitor quality measures and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and applicable healthcare requirements.
Prepare for and participate in surveys, audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
Address survey findings and oversee the implementation of corrective action plans when needed.
Monitor resident satisfaction and respond promptly to concerns from residents and families.
Maintain effective communication with residents, families, employees, physicians, and outside partners.
Review facility policies, procedures, and processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with the business office and leadership team to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency.
Promote teamwork, accountability, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
Current Nursing Home Administrator / LNHA license required.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director, or Assistant Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Strong understanding of skilled nursing facility operations.
Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
Experience with staffing, employee relations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with residents, families, employees, physicians, and community partners.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on and accessible.
Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance and maintain a positive facility culture.
