Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Shift Options: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3.5 days per week, including every other weekend
About the Role
High Point Residence Tinley Park is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
You will work collaboratively with our nursing team to ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care in a supportive and respectful environment.
Minimum Qualifications

Active CNA certification in the State of Illinois

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or supportive living
-
Experience working with seniors or individuals with memory care needs
Key Responsibilities
-
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Take and accurately record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, pulse)

Support nurses with medication administration as directed

Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to residents

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment
