Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist (In-Office)Position Summary
This in-office position is responsible for supporting administrative operations through document review, data entry, and mail processing. The role requires working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and includes handling both incoming and outgoing correspondence from a standing position. Additional clerical and administrative support duties will be assigned as needed.
Candidates must be able to successfully pass required background checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process reverification response documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform high-volume data entry related to verification and administrative processes
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail while standing for extended periods
- Provide verification support and general administrative assistance as needed
- Follow established procedures to complete multi-step workflows efficiently
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret documents accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, online applications, and web-based systems
- Strong computer and data entry skills
