- Weigh, measure, and blend raw materials according to approved manufacturing formulas and batch instructions

Oversee compounding operations to help ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to production standards

Read and interpret process flow documentation while identifying potential issues or inconsistencies during production

Operate and support the maintenance of manufacturing equipment including mixers, kettles, pumps, and related processing systems

Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment and work areas before and after production runs

Follow all applicable safety procedures, PPE requirements, and GMP manufacturing standards

Maintain accurate batch records, production logs, adjustments, and quality documentation in a timely manner

Support additional production and operational activities as needed
- High school diploma or associate degree preferred

2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn processes and procedures quickly

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities

Experience managing workflows, inventory, or operational processes is a plus

Team-oriented, coachable, dependable, and comfortable both giving and receiving constructive feedback

- Compensation range: $28-$32 per hour depending on experience
