Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: Day Shift
Every Other Weekend (E/O Weekend) required
Requirements:
Active NY RN License
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience required
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
Pediatric experience or strong acute care experience strongly preferred
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
Availability to work every other weekend
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to manage staff while ensuring high-quality patient care
