- Support clinical workflows by managing specimen collection, preparing supplies.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, offering education on treatments or medications, and ensuring a positive experience
Requirements
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, is essential.
- Ability to perform clinical tasks including intake assessments, vital signs measurement, and venipuncture
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service.
