Job Overview:
Bay Hill Jewelers is seeking a polished, motivated Luxury Jewelry Sales Professional who wants more than simply a sales position. We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge, values teamwork and wants to continually grow while helping us deliver one of the finest luxury jewelry experiences in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers with genuine enthusiasm, providing detailed product demonstrations and tailored recommendations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of jewelry collections, including features, materials, and pricing
- Assist clients with retail sales transactions using Point of Sale systems and ensure accurate cash register operations
- Conduct stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory management to ensure an appealing store presentation
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional etiquette, offering prompt assistance
- Support cashiering duties including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and processing retail transactions
- Present product demos confidently to educate customers about jewelry craftsmanship and value
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by fostering positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within jewelry or luxury retail/experience driven environments
- Supervising experience or leadership roles are highly desirable
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math calculations
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional customer service skills
- Experience in selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
