Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Electronics Assembly Associates. This entry-level position is responsible for assembling electronic components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift Schedule:
- 1st Shift 7 AM - 3:30 PM (Some Saturdays required)
2nd Shift 3:30 PM - 12 AM (Some Saturdays required)
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components and products following detailed instructions and diagrams
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
