Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Car Wash Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of customer vehicles with professionalism and efficiency. Prior experience at a car wash, janitorial work, or customer service is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality cleaning services
- Assist customers with their vehicle needs, providing friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the wash bay, including cleaning tools and keeping surrounding area clean
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care, preventing damage during washing or drying processes
- Be able to vacuum and or clean surfaces inside vehicles
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a secure working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Customer service experience is highly desirable, demonstrating strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good organizational skills with ATTENTION TO DETAIL to ensure vehicle cleanliness standards are met
